09:30-12:00AM- Clean up
12:00-07:00 AM- sleep
05:00-07:00PM- Random stuff/dress up
07:00-09:00 AM- Breakfast
09:00-01:00 PM- Finances
06:00-08:00 PM- Gym
08:00-11:00PM- Prepare for the next day
11:00 PM- sleep

Going to satsang every sunday and listening to motivational videos during work and travel
WORKING ON FINANCES:
Working on finances every monday.
WORKING ON PMA:
Doing 2 PMA modules every saturday and sunday. Total work hours required (3×4=12 hours). 6 hours each day maximum.
GOING ALL HEALTHY:
stopping to snack on all kinds of processed foods: chocolates, crisps, indian snacks, biscuits, icecreams, cakes, fudges, cheesecake etc.
Snacking on fruits, vegetables, lentils, protein shakes, protein bars, nuts.
Having only high fibre carbs such as brown rice, brown pasta, multi grain bread, low fat peanut butter.
Drinking loads of water.
Having a bio yogurt
GETTING GOOD SKIN:
Currently looking into skin products to remove acne and get more even skin tone. Continuing with the current skin care.
Looking into treatments for dark circles. Continuing with the current dark circle treatment .
Bio oil and dermaroller
